the bank-owned foreclosed house you really like on the land that would fit your needs with the out-buildings and features that would make your plans of sheep farming easier to accomplish needs a roof super bad (not just shingles) and if the bank doesn’t come down from thier last counteroffer and meet you at yours your budget to fix the roof is in danger and yet you’re still thinking of buying it anyway because its the only property you’ve seen so far that fits so closely with your desires and requirements...

This is a good way of putting it. Kinja is a strong platform, but their development team really should put more time into bug fixes as opposed to developing new features no one wanted.

Back in the previous recession the bank fixed some broken windows on the place that I live in now. I’m going to guess fixing the entire roof is going to be, uh......a bit more complicated. Good luck!
